Our Story
Welcome to Elite4.Rent, proudly owned and operated by Jay and Kathy Welty of De Pere. Currently, we maintain both long-term and short-term rentals in the Green Bay and De Pere areas. We have a small team of professionals located both locally in the Green Bay area and abroad, including Philippines and India, that assists us with day-to-day operations.
The Welty's purchased their first rental property in 2017 under P & W Legacy, LLC. P(otter) & W(elty) Legacy, LLC was born out of their love for real estate and their family - essentially combining the past and present to build a legacy for their children.
As an Executor of her father's estate, Kathy had a simple idea: to invest in real estate property using the proceeds from the sale of her father's home. Since then, the one property has turned into five.
In early 2022, Jay and Kathy took a leap of faith and decided to address the high demand for vacation and short-term rentals. Thus, Elite4.Rent was created. Currently, we own and/or manage four properties in the Green Bay-area. Maison Des Plaines is their first venture in short-term leasing.
Elite4.Rent is committed to learning and adapting to meet the needs of our guests. Our properties are not extravagant; however, we put a lot of care into every decision made for our homes - from cabinets, tiling, décor and even down to the cleaning services chosen.
