At Elite we take pride in our customer service and put in the extra effort into ensuring our guests have a positive experience. Our properties are licensed by the City and are impeccably cleaned and laundered after every visit. We've provided guests with recommendations while visiting for Packers game day, set up air beds as a special request and have even mailed left-behind items back to guests. We care deeply for our properties and the individuals and families who want to make it home for a few days, weeks or even months. 

Guests receive keyless entry code and wi-fi information at least 48 hours prior to arrival. We also take into consideration our guests' travel itineraries by allowing for early check-in and/or later check-out times. Need groceries? Guests are given the option to purchase food at local groceries ahead of check-in. We pick up orders ahead of time and will have them ready for you as instructed at no additional charge.
